In addition to directing this play, David is also playing the role of Thomas Cromwell, one of the most complex men in English history. David has been with Frodsham Players since 2016 and has appeared in a variety of roles, his favourites having been Squealer in Animal Farm, Phileas Fogg in Around The World In Eighty Days, Jacob Marley in A Christmas Carol, Ratty in The Wind in the Willows and, most recently, Sherlock Holmes in Holmes and The Ripper. He recently won a NODA award for Best Comedy Performance in a Drama for his Cardinal Richelieu in The Three Musketeers
