Tony has been involved in amateur drama for a good many years. He has played many roles and directed plays in Cardiff, London, and Stratford-upon-Avon (but not with the Royal Shakespeare Company!). However, he worked for the latter as a theatre guide and had the privilege of watching many directors at rehearsals. He joined Frodsham Players in 2021 and has much enjoyed playing Fag in The Rivals, King of Hearts in Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland and Old Pip in Great Expectations. Now he is delighted to make his debut as a director for Frodsham Players with this production of Shakespeare’s classic farce.
